I was thinking about taking clen to burn a bit more fat. My diet is much better after reading on here and I do plenty of cardio as I playing football (Aussie rules). Aussie rules training is quite intense and your heartrate is often over the 60-70% of your max that you are meant to work at to burn fat.
Firstly, what effect does exercising above the 60-70% heart rate have on burning fat? and secondly, given that clen increases your body temp, what should your body temp be at and how do you monitor it and any other associated issues?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
