I just finished my first week of P90X doing the lean program instead of the classic one.
Core Synergix
Cardio X
Kenpo X
Yoga X
shoulders and arms
Legs and back
All i can say is that its just amazing, great warm up at start and great cooldown at end.
Since i still have a bit of back pain i am just testing myself, my cardio is so so, i have no shame in saying that i did stop during all the training.
I really love P90X because there is a lot of focus on the core muscles of the lower back, abs to really build a very strong fundation and avoid injuries.
If everything goes well next week i will start for real with before picture and adding the diet has well.
P90X is not a joke and many people who decide to try it might get a big HIT in there EGO, i know i did.
