    great....so i just checked my mail since the first time i've lived here and there's this bullshit about paying by "ACH" that i didn't do and they claimed in september that i'd have to pay an extra 15 dollars per month for paying with a check........

    WTF....why didn't they call me. I'm gonna go in there and tell them that if they charge me that i prolly wont be able pay rent next month....which is pretty accurate.
