I don't plan on holding myself to keeping everyone up to date daily with this log, nor do I plan on giving any pictures. I will probably give a weekly update instead of daily. I'm just not much of a picture guy if you know what I mean. I also don't have a camera so that doesn't help. Just a little bit of history on myself. I started steroids at 19 (I know, I know, *slaps self on wrist*), but I don't regret it to be completely honest. I'm 21 now, and my natural test levels are still there as well as my sperm count and all other things that should be while I'm off cycle. Since 19, I've 7 cycles, and this current one is number 8.
This is bulk cycle number two of this school year. The drugs I've used include Test E, Test P, Tren E, Tren A, Mast P, Winstrol (oral), anadrol, dianabol, and clen. Anyhow, here's an update on my current cycle.
Week 1 - 12: 750mg Test E (split into 3 injections Tue, Thu, Sun and a 1.5g frontload first week)
Week 1 - 6: 600mg Tren E (split into 3 injections Tue, Thu, Sun and a 1.2g frontload first week)
Week 1 - 6: 100mg Anadrol ED
Week 1 - 6: 50mg Dianabol ED
Goal for this cycle: 280 lbs with minimal to no BF increase as well as strength increases all around.
I'm 14 days in (2 weeks) as of today and I've gained 18 lbs, going from 249 to 267. I'm 6'3" and about 15% BF btw. Strength is going up too. Cycle's going great. Side effects so far include some insomnia, slight loss of appetite, increased sweating (more so at night), slight decrease in aerobic capacity, little bit of back, shoulder, arm, and chest acne, increased rate of post-workout cramping, and the worst side effect by far is the painful pumps. No AI is being ran right now because I don't seem to be prone to steroid-induced gyno which is really strange because I have gyno from puberty. I do, however, have Adex and Nolva on hand as well as caber.
This is my first run with anadrol, and let me tell you the pumps are painful! Doing everyday activities is a little bit discomforting while on this cycle, but the workouts are nearly unbearable. I was slightly wimpering today in my workout (no lie) after doing every set of shrugs with 500 lbs because of the pumps. I've never had painful trap pumps. My traps hurt just by existing it was so bad. Lower back was horrible too, especially when I had to put away about 1k lbs in weight by bending over. Have you ever seen Ed, Edd, and Eddy, the cartoon show? I had to basically walk like Ed back to my dorm room with my back bent far back. No bad calf pumps though, even when working them. Thank God!
Other than the painful pumps, I'm not bothered by anything else and I am considering this a thus far successful cycle.
Here's my workout schedule:
Day 1: Chest and Biceps
Day 2: Legs and Calves
Day 3: Back and Triceps
Day 4: Shoulders, Traps, and Forearms
Day 5: Rest
DaY 6: Repeat day 1
My diet consists of all kinds of meat (probably close to a dozen kinds), potatoes, fruits, greens, rice, cereal, eggs, whole wheat bread, whole milk, cottage cheese as well as all kinds of cheese, peanut butter, protein powder and whatever else I feel like. My diet pushes about 6k calories. I can't really count calories 100% accurately because I go to a cafeteria, and nothing is labeled with its nutritional information, but I'm pretty sure I'm pretty close to my estimate because all I do is go online and look crap up.
Supplements include a multi, creatine, beta-alanine, protein powders (whey isolate, a blend of 10 kinds, and miscellar caseinate), and fish oil. I also take caffeine before workouts if I don't feel motivated or I'm tired.
