    Very first cycle

    I am 21 years of age, i have been working out consistently for 3 years and i have made awesome gains. When i was 18 i was around 110lbs very skinny now i weigh 184lbs! . 10% body fat but ive put on alot of muscle since then with strict diet and training 3 days a week very hard.

    Unfortunatley i have reached a plateau i cannot conquer this time been stuck for 7 months (around there). I have upped the calories to 5300 instead of 4300. Upped the protein from 300g to 450g. Heavy squats along with heavy deadlifts. Im just stuck, thought about creatine but i dont like the water retention from it.

    So after a few years of research on gear, i have become very interested in Trenbolone Acetate. I do know how serious this AAS should be taken as it is one of the harshest steroids to take but man are the gains awesome. I have 2cousins who take it, they look incredible, one of them was kind of chunky, once he started tren his bodyfat just disapeared. The fact that tren can build muscle on a low cal diet and burn fat at the same time even while on a high cal diet just amazes me.

    Stacking tren with test, yes that would be the smart thing to due to HPTA shutdown. Although i do have access to test i dont want that water bloated look. And another thing i am terrified of is the Gynecomestia due to testosterones ability to convert to estrogen. Even thought trenbolone cannot convert to estrogen, with test in the body ive read that tren can bind to the estrogen receptors therefore increasing the chances of gynecomestia and other estrogen related problems. My question is what is the worst that can happen taking trenbolone by itself. Aside the insomnia and night sweats and aggression.

    Another thing i also know that tren should never be anyones first cycle, it should always be some sort of test but i just got that attraction to tren.

    21 is still young for AAS! But if you insist consider Test E only. IMO...

    The worst ?!?!?! How about MR. HAPPY not waking up to say HI to your Female companion in the Heat of the moment??? Hows that for the worst... yah... it just wont work... not matter what....yah dont do it with at least a lil bit of test... and uhh i still say you are too young but you are going to do what you want... so do more research before you just go injecting your body with stuff... it can permanently mess you up dude !!!

    Do not run tren on your first cycle ever.
    Give it a few more years man you don't wanan mess your natural test up and have to be on meds for the rest of your life

    I just wanna grow bro, im sick of staying at the same size for months it pisses me off to no ****in end. Ive tried eating more and more ive tried eating so much ****in food to where i throw up 7 meals a day a shitload of food each meal i feel like im going to puke and excuse my language. My body is done man, if its gonna be safer to take testosterone then so be it. But ive tried everything you can imagine, im probably going to get the resoponse.. "Eat more" if i ate anymore food it would be near what a professional body builder eats. Its not cutting it.

    Pardon me for sounding like an asshole i just get so frustrated with my body.

    How about Testosterone Cypionate? I get it straight from the pharmacy, my uncle has alot of prescriptions for it, he gets it once a month but doesnt use it (he sells it). But he will give me one for free, actually i can get them all for free haha.

    But its very high quality, i mean id imagine so as its coming from the pharmacy right?

    And also you guys might find this hard to believe because of my age but for the past 3 months i have experienced massive energy drains, no drive to workout and no drive to have sex. I cant keep my di*k up longer then 4 seconds until it goes down. Its quite embarrasing to mention but thats also another reason. I kinda just had the "i dont give a shit attitude". I know your probly asking (Then why the **** would he want to take tren due to shutdown?) See i considered taking testosterone at first, but i was in major fear of gynecomestia. But tren came along and i kinda asked myself how much more could i shut my hpta down anyways.

    Just going through stress now guys. But its embarrasing to my fiance who is a hornball.

    I would kill to be 21 again,,so dont tell me you are tired of you body..you f up a cycle and you are going to be tired of your body not working at all in the area you really want it to work....there are some many different was to eat..not eating more is the right answer eating right is the answer post you diet...post your workout....post some pic's let see what you are tired of.. please follow through with this...

    Diet is different every day but this is what i ate today.


    Breakfast: 15 egg whites with 2 glasses of lowfat milk with 2 slices of toast with butter and a bannana
    (flaxseed oil added in as well)

    Snack: A chicken.. Yes thats right a whole chicken (Boiled)

    Before workout meal: 3 Scoops of Whey Protein

    After Workout Meal: 1 Chicken breast 2 eggs and 2 scoops of whey protein

    Snack 2: 8 whole eggs with a tall glass of milk

    Dinner: 12 oz steak with 1lb of green beans (yummy i loved it).

    Snack: 1lb of cold cut turkey

    Next meal: Idk yet lol

    I suggest taking a few weeks to a month off from the gym and then come back with a new workout program. If you are eating that much and not growing, something isn't right. No way you need to eat that much, especially 400g of protein. My guess is your CNS just needs a break.

    this is the way you eat every day and you dont make any gains..you need to get a physical...bro soon....again your are two young...

    I usually eat more then that and im an ectomorph. Idk if that makes a difference lol.

    But I dont know if you read the above post, i have no sex drive.. or workout drive, like its decreasing. ive been like this for 3 months. :\

    go see ya doc mate and tell him all of what you have said in htis thread. stress is a ****n ball breaker man and it could be really having (and seems to be having based on what youve described) a large effect on why you arent making gains, lack of/or no drive in and out of the bedroom, 'massive energy drains', 'i dont give a sh!t attitude' etc etc for a three month period.

    It would appear that there could be 1 or more factors that are influencing you to feel this way, once you can point out and rectify such things chances are things will end up back on track for ya mate.

    Been to a doc they say nothing is wrong but they wont check my test levels. I ask them to but they wont. I know something is wrong.

    bro shop around, I did and it worked out for me.....younger doc's are better for this....it has been in the new hrt or trt....

    Start of with test, you will grow great just from test alone.

    DONT DO TREN, ITS NOT FOR NOVICE USERS


    Also no need to put more than one compound in your first cycle because your body will grow, adding more compounds is for later cycles when your body needs more of that "first time feel" of the first cycle to grow.

    Sounds like you are overtraining. Too much is counterproductive. Take a full week off and rest. You grow during sleep, not in the gym.

    Stay away from tren.

    You need to eat more carbs. There is nearly zero after meal 1. Even before and after you workout.....none, what's up with that? You want to grow don't you?

    That was just todays (well now yesterdays)meal, i kind of skipped out on carbs. But the the day before i remember having 8 baked potatoes, . (for carbs, thats not all [NOWHERE NEAR} what i ate the other day).

    Anyways another reason i was so interested in tren was the strength gains are just incredible, I dont think test has the ability to provide strength gains like tren does. Edited-rules

    Test-e and Test Cyp are virtually the same.

    I know its tempting to go straight to the "the most powerful steroid" right of the gate, but trust me you should wait when you actually need it a few more cycles down the road.

    Yea i knew Test C and E were pretty much the same. But cyp is pretty much the only one i have access to at this moment. I have 22 Gauge needles. Would you say 1 cc a week? Or half a cc week (since im starting out).

    First, what concentration is the Test Cyp?? it goes by mgs/ml, NOT cc's. that doesn't tell us the concentration

    Second, you have NO clue for PCT. that alone is enough reason not to touch steroids

    no point, you can't assimilate all that protein in one meal, eat 50-60g worth and get some carbs here, how bout some sweet potatos or oatmeal

    After Workout Meal: 1 Chicken breast 2 eggs and 2 scoops of whey protein
    you need carbs here, 60-70g should work and cut out the eggs

    how bout some chicken and potatos instead
    Dinner: 12 oz steak with 1lb of green beans (yummy i loved it).
    cut the steak to 10oz
    Snack: 1lb of cold cut turkey
    half a pound of turkey and 2oz of nuts
    Next meal: Idk yet lol

    Hey i can get my hands on Clomid but i dont know where to find Arimidex (for the excess estrogen).

    And i am sorry for saying "cc's" how about 250mg a week then?

    Did the doc say why he wouldnt check your test levels bro? id say go and look for a new doc even if it is just for the reason of gettn your test levels checked and whatever else you feel necessary. you say you know something is wrong and you'd know your body better that anyone else so it might be more beneficial to get this checked out before you start your cycle.

    Get all those questions answered and sorted first then lay out your cycle

    I asked him why, he simply replied "You dont need me to". So i was like ok bro whatever.

    Yeah ill try and find a new doc just to get my test levels checked cause somethin isnt right, i dont have any stress, im going to school to be a paramedic i love it! I got a fiance (speaking of which i proposed to her 3 nights ago ). So im lovin life but something isnt right with my body bros.

    Well i switch up the days and exercises every week, but this week it was:

    Monday: Bench Press 4x4 (Heavy Weights)
    Incline Bench: 4x6
    Decline Bench: 4x6
    Chest Flies: 4x10
    Tricep Pushdowns 4x5

    Tuesday: OFF

    Wednesday: Barbell Rows 4x4
    Pullups 4x15
    Deadlifts 4x3 (HEAVY)
    Lat Pulldowns 4x15
    Straight bar curls 4x10

    Thursday: OFF

    Friday: Squats 5x5
    Leg Press 5x3
    Military Presses 4x5
    Lateral Raises 4x10

    SAT & SUN OFF

    Wednesday: Back and Some Bi's
    Thursday: Off
    Friday:Legs and Shoulders
    Sat and Sunday: Off

    That's an interesting workout split, what about the hamstrings and calves?
    You could try a four day split with:
    1. Chest
    2. Shoulders and Triceps
    3. Back and Biceps and forearms
    4. Legs: Quads,Hamstrings and Calves.
    I finish each workout with 30 to 45 minutes of cardio, the hearts a muscle and it needs its workout too.

    I used to do what you did ..I overtrained. I then trained every other day..and my body blew up...and I am a ecto morph (originally) And I grew to nearly 240lbs on college. SLEEP is huge to...as stated..you grow in your sleep..not at the gym...he is spot on.
