In my opinion the scrawny ones are much much worse, atleast someone 230 and higher BF has a solid base of muscle mass under there and probably has some idea how to train.
The guys who are under 160 have no idea what "eating" means. My scrawny friends always ask me what "roids should I take?" and when I ask how they eat, they say they eat tons
Then I show them a good mass building diet, nothing even extreme just a nice 6 meals a day bulking diet, they always respond "What the F*ck????I can't eat that much that's like 3 times as much as I eat"
It gets old fast. Put that fork in your mouth, stickboy.
I feel ya, well I just gave my advice to a few. Oh well, I'm going to try and sleep, I doubt thats going to happen but my computer is going dead.

I dropped a good amount of fat over the last year, but another solid batch of flab went bye-bye over the last 2 months. I was hanging out with a girl I hadn't seen in awhile, and she gave me the whole "oh my god you're so thing! Give me some crash diet advice or something!!" And then I looked at her living room table and just pointed at the bag of Lays chips, Reese Peanut butter cup wrappers, and chocolate covered almonds.
I've given up on trying to help my friends, they start off listening then fall off the wagon ASAP, and if I actually care and try to help it's pointless. I've learned to not hold other people to the same standards I hold myself, as there is no chance they'll stand up to them. Life is easier that way haha.
