I serioulsy think it is. When I was bulked up and bloated, I thought my BF was like 18.. But my brother ( a personal trainer) checked it and said it was 14.. I couldnt believe it.. Are you looking to compete? Your body is top notch and you would do well.. Also... I think Pullups will help your back out the most.. Focus on the squeezing and bringing your chest to the top...
