    Can you go to jail if your 23 and bang a 17 year old?

    A 17 yr old 2 weeks from her 18th birthday?
    (I'm 26 now ftr, would never do something like that again)

    I don't think so.

    Depends on the state. but most age of consent is set at 17.

    In Michigan it's set at 16.

    With the amount of estrogen and prolacin in the milk these days, girl have C cups by 12. SO I think they should lower it to when she is able to grow pubes.

    I have 5. It's lame because they're all within a short walk. Two are listed as violent, but from the description, I'm pretty sure it was a psycho-wife/girlfriend thing. Others are for mooning the cops, and peeing in public. Then, there's one chester... Man, I hate chesters..

    I was mistaken on my previous post. I looked at the wrong district.

    There are 101 in my district of DC.

    The really creepy thing is I live 2.6 miles from the white house!

    You know what I find AMAZING.

    CSC cases in jail are always a bad thing. The guys are always harassed.

    I've been to jail before, and always found it funny. I live in a small town and almost every dirt ball in there, had tried or done things with a girl under age.

    Suddenly inmates have some moral obligation to young girls. Half of them are jerking off in the shower to teeny bopper magazines.
