Added abit..
1 Full tin Baked beans. Scrambled Egg (5 Eggs w/ milk) and 2 Pieces of Buttered Toast
Full tin of tuna on bread with salad cream
Full plate worth of pasta in tomato sauce
Sardine tinned w/ oil on toast
Main meal varies alot.. but usual Diced chicken, plates worth, in noodles.
Cereal. Ham Sandwich with pint of milk
Changed it a little, not going for 10 eggs though, ill go with 5, not looking for mega bulk just to put on weight gradually.
Still looking for a decent protein/weight gainer drink to help aswel.
