    Cool 2nd cycle need advice

    hey guys

    i have been reading up on here trying to find out what would be the best cycle that i should start with i have done a test en about 2 years ago got good gains and am ready to start another one and i want to bulk up...

    from taking other peoples advice they told me to do deca 300 and sust 250 so i went out and bought a cycle of each so this is what i have to work with please help me put this together i noticed a lot of good advice from people and hoping i could get the same

    so i am 5' 10" 24 yrs old and 158 lbs and lookin pin i have been working out since i was 18 and and 120 lbs yes there has been on and offs thru the years months at a time but i have been going for almost 2 yrs strong and feel ready to go

    also thinking about getting dbols i have 10 ml of deca 200 and 10 ml of sust

    how many bottles of deca and test do you have?

    5' 10" and only 158, your diet is a problem here and steroids will not do much good until you know how to eat correctly

    as big asked? layout a typical day's food intake and maybe we can help tweek it for you before you start using steroids.

    Also what do you know about PCT and what do you have for that?

    You dont need both compounds IMO, but as stated above, the cycle you want to run isnt nearly the beginning of your problem.

    Listen to Big and post your diet first before looking for cycle answers. Whoever sold you that gear should have been able to tell you that you only bought enough to do each at an effective dose for 5-6 weeks, both need 10+... you would have run out just when the results would start showing. And you havent posted your PCT either, but Im assuming you have it?

    this is my diet and on the most part i do follow it and have been trying to for the last 5 months got help with it from a store in my town that sells supplements

    9am 1 cup of whole grain oatmeal
    -1 cup of vector cereal with 2% milk
    -glass of orange juice or milk
    -protein shake 1 scoop

    12pm 1 can of tuna with whole wheat bread and mayo

    2pm-protein shake 1scoop

    5pm-chicken breast made with pam oil grilled and usually thai sauce or teriyaki sauce and usually a greek salad

    8 pm- i will always try to get a few snacks in like bananas apple or oranges like a fruit salad i am a student and have class at night so i dont usually get to have a big meal and i do try to take a 3rd shake if i dont have class i would either cook pasta with tomato sauce or try to make a fillet of fish

    10 to 12 i work out 2 muscles a day usually chest tri one day then bi and back then shoulders whole day and legs whole day and 20 mins cardio each day and 1 full day of cardio

    i know i am light and should pack on meat on me before i start a cycle but i wanted to get advice before i started anything and made mistakes i know ppl are going to look at this and be like oh brother why do we bother and i want all the help i can get before i start anything at all i feel like my diet it really good and i havnt noticed much weight difference but slowly i feel it will come i went through other threads and saw people getting lashed out about being too light and not weighing enough and takeing gear and i am here to listen and learn...

    the reason i picked up what i got so quick is because my source is going out of town for 6 months and i believed him that this would be enough and good but he was prolly just trying to make a buck quick... i am able to get more gear from other people if needed... i only have 10 ml of deca 300 and 10 ml of sust 250

    and i havnt got pct yet but was planning to get novadex and taking it through out the whole cycle and colomid after cycle was done for 2 week i have questions about that too like how much should i be taking? and when i should be taking it? again i am pretty new to all this and appreciate all the help

    OK, your diet is terrible for trying to put on any mass and weight. check out the bulking diets here and see what you think
