I liked people I went to school with for the most part. Like I said, I still see many of them on a regular basis.

Every time i see those movies about how awesome was highschool, how people feel so bad because it ends (mostly american movies) i go like "what the hell?!!! finishing highschool is great" I didn't attend to the graduation ceremony. Neither to the college graduation. Stupid protocol I don't buy it.

Ruhl you should give HIT a shot like one time just for a few weeks. I've done all kinds of types of training and so far I gotta say this is one of my favorite. I got competitors that already have their national card in my gym that I'm either have surpassed or catching up too. I have surpassed a few, but there is this one I'm on his heels then we got the IFBB pro but give me a few years but I am getting on his heels lately

link for the theory behind it? of a workout you could call at least half my workout HIT in a general sense.....i get after it no matter what you guys say about not being able to bring intensity with my sets
