Do you like to stab the needle in fast or slow?

I always read things that will say jab it in like a dart and I think to myself no way in hell.

I used to do it this way, long ago...

i go slow because i can actually feel when i hit a vein and avoid it for the most part

...and that's exactly why I stopped and started going slowly.
