    i have been consistently around 222-223 lbs. did a carb-up day last weekend and jumped up to 232 in a day and a half

    sup scibble and Dukkit. just kickin back on this slow ass internet connection. Still in Cali...decided to wait to go to NY. Gonna take care of my license here and then get a job with my brother hopefully and save up some money so i can get out there with more money. Got me a membership at 24hr fitness and started getting back into lifting hard again after almost a month off...got lazy and depressed and holy shit i lost some strength and muscle just in the time off...gonna get back into it hard though.

    Yeah, I can't even put the bar in place without extreme pain. So I just annihilate my quads with hack squats, leg press, tried dumbbell squats yesterday (liked it), heavy step ups, lunges.
