Hey guys. I have thought that you don´t burn so many calories when you lift weights. I mean a normal workout when you do a set and then rest. I know that the bigger your muscles get the more fat you burn. Like the more lean bodymass you have the higher the BMR.
So to the question. Do you think that you burn a lot of calories when you are doing a normal weightlifting workout? I wrote the thing I wrote here in the post on youtube that I don´t think that you burn much fat when you are lifting weights. A guy wrote that you burn a lot of calories when you are doing "heavy" exercises like squats etc.
So what do you think?
