    Anyway, the stomach doesn't absorb B12, the small intestine does. You are right in that the problem lies in the stomach. For B12 to be absorbed the stomach must produce intrinsic factor which binds the B12 for absorption by the ileum. Most importantly, you are right in that deficiency takes years to develop. But why bother? These guys "feel" it working.

    I get B-12 HYDROXOCOBALAMIN 10,000mcg/ml injectable.

    I used to really like it but after time it doesn't seem to do much good.
