What he meant was that it wont function normally. I didnt notice shrinkage. Some people cant get it to work properly while on but others have no problem.

Hey bro, yes it can. Thats why we say test should be the base of any cycle. I wouldnt run deca without it.

Deca alone can sure make the willy want to wander back into its shell! Test on the other hand ensures a permanent salute! Either way its not permanent!
