bro you have to know the concentration of the gear and do the math. I've used prop that was 75mg/ml and prop that was 200mg/ml. you aren't giving us enough info to answer anything.

If its 100mg/ml

A 3 ML needle goes by .25 (each line) so you draw below the third line {.75 of a ml} (the next line is the 1 ML line)
