just wondering if a body cleanse while doing a cycle is ok or not...im doing enan and bolde....also wondering if 100mg of B3 will subsitute for nolvadex. im doing a B-complex....ty

i would say no
a cleanse cleans out your insides and the AAS you re guna do are injected into your muscle IMO. so i dont see how it would effect anything.... LOL this might sound dumb guys i know but kinda makes sense to me

and negative, B3 will not substitute for nolva

im 6' -185 pounds with 8% body fat my diet is p-300,ch-800,f-100,total cal about 5500 and im trying to gain about 25 pounds...ty

500 or 600mg/week should be good with your enanthate. i dont run EQ and less than 600mg/week personally. any less i dont see the results i want.

what do you have planned for PCT and do you have all your PCT already?

its good to just use test only for a 1st cycle but IMO, EQ should hurt anything. I like EQ a lot cuz it boosts my appetite and i run it in bulking cycles. alota peop dont like eq.

you should always have test in your cycles, other wise you will be shut down without any test cuz AAS id suppressive of your natural levels
since you only have 2 10ml vials of eq, then go ahead and keep your dose at 400mg/week thatll at least last you 10 weeks assuming the dosage on the vial is 200mg/ml. then continue to run your test 2 weeks after.

alright just a little advice, always have and get what you need for pct before you start a cycle. its just as, if not more important

PCT= post cylce therapy
for this cycle you should be fine using nolvadex and clomid. you need to get that asap.
you will start your pct 2 weeks after your last test shot. your pct will last for 4 weeks

week 1: clomid 100mg nolvadex 40mg everyday
week 2-4: clomid 50mg nolvadex 20mg everyday

this is just a suggestion on doses, they can differ, meanwhile read these threads

ok run your eq at 400mg/week up until week 11
run your test up until week 12
start you pct week 14, 2 weeks after your last test shot

reason you stop eq ealier is because the half life of it is longer than test so you want it inactive by the time you start pct

Depends on what we are talking about, steroid cleanses are specifically made to remove AAS traces out of the body.

A standard drug cleanse is used to remove toxins usually from illegal drugs such a marijuana out of the bloodstream and doesn't deal with AAS, that requires special cleanses.
