Just do a bit of reading around the site and try to get some of the facts straight when it comes to cycles. Since you are a first time user maybe try experimenting just with Test E 500MG a week/2 shots weekly for about a course period of 12 weeks. But then again there are many other possibilities. Just make sure you read up enough info before you get started because there is no turning back if you screw up.
