    Well bigmuny, looks like your post was a waste of space as well, way to promote what your preach. I own a gym, i have been a trainer for over 10 years and probably have forgotten more than some people will ever know when it comes to exercise. I think, that if someone is going to involve themselves in any sort of hrt, they should have some basic knowledge on anatomy and body chemistry. HAVING said that, I have no idea if Gary is on anything or not, but it doesn't hurt to read up a bit.


    Gary. Measurements are key. That and photos. Take photos of yourself, keep track of your workouts, take measurements of your various body parts/muscle groups, keep a diet journal. Then in 4 to 8 weeks, do all those same measurements again. These things will tell/show you whether or not your growing.
