You are just naturally predisposed. I had surgery 2 years ago and make sure I'm using letrozole sparingly as well as being very careful when it comes to blood work.

For me, prolactin induced the progesterone gyno...I can run 2g of test with no estrogenic effects, but if I think about trenbolone or deca, I need to be extra careful with dostinex.

Here's the question: Are you happier being thinner from the HGH but having gyne again, or were you happier immediately after surgery knowing the gland was at its smallest?

The reason I ask is that by you considering removal again, you will likely have the same results with the HGH possibly making it come back.

There are so many factors it's impossible to tell unless you go to get frequent bloodwork and get closer to pinpointing the culprit. Perhaps it isn't the HGH after all and really high prolactin? You won't know for certain and will likely continue to fight the losing battle.

Good luck bro, get the blood work done.

Ok...ket me make something perfectly clear here. Prolactin and Progesterone induced gyno are not actually gyno with a lump...its when you areola (the circumference around your nipple) gets larger (expands). Now, ESTROGEN induced gyno is the lumpy, fibrous, fatty mess you get under your nipple. Tren Ace really did a number on my prolactin and progesterone levels and the GH I took following for 8 months caused me gyno (lump)...had it bad. I now have it removed and will ALWAYS use an AI going forward. One may want to opt for caber or bromo for prolactin and progesterone.
