Last nights workout looked like this.
Smith Full Squats: 270x9, 320x6, 340x4
Str8 Hammer Leg Press: 360x10, 450x6
Lying Leg Curls: 120x10, 140x8, 160x6
Standing Calf Raise: 450x10, 540x8,540x8
Good workout overall besides being a little gassy :-x and i got to sleep early last night which was great. We shall see if these numbers increase as i continue taking the amp 02.
