    Few questions before next cycle...

    Hey dudes...Ive done 2 cycles before the last cycle I peaked about 222 13%bf bulked 310 bench 200 mil press im 6'3, i ended that cycle about 8 months ago...kept most what i could for 2-3 months after leveled off to about 215...had some personal issues coudlnt work out or eat correctly, just hit the bench today first time in months and could only get 180 up 15 times@ 202 lbs.. I already got my gear, my question is how long should I wait to get back into shape before starting cycle? how does muscle memory and juicing work together..would i be better off waiting til i can put up atleast 270-280? also critique my cycle, im keeping the test dosage low because i break out very bad so id like to finish cycle before july..
    weeks 1-4- 35 mg d-bol
    weeks 1-8 500 mg deca
    weeks 1-10 300 mg test
    weeks 8-12- 30 mg Winstrol Oral
    i have 60 clomids on hand how should I use them, should I get nolva?

    I would make sure you get back in the gym solid for atleast a good 6months IMO

    I would make sure I am ready phisically and meantally before you jump to juicing. another thing i would bump the test to 500mg atleast.

    I'm just thinking if he can stick to it hard for that long he probbaly won't fall off the wagon again. I know enough people that will start working out and spend like 3 months in the gym and be done with it until next year

    a good diet and training 3months i think as well would be good...... but johnny said, 6months would be good as well, the highest you are physically yourself the more you will get out of your cycle

    im just an impatient stubborn bastard... i tore my shoulder nearly six months ago and i had to wait to start my current cycle... it sucked.. lol

    yea i guess if you're willing to do the 6 months more power to you man...

    me too i just got my wisdom teeth out today , all for, and my face is like a puffer fish, and im pissed, on verge of going to the gym tonight.......most likely go tomorrow, though they say to wait a week heh....

    I think im gonna go 2-3 months get up to 210 ish keep bf down before i cycle...i hit a few other excercieses and im better off then i thought curls, mil press didnt decline nearly as much as bench, whats up with that?

    the best way to up your bench is your weight, so honestly it prolly went down more because your weight went down
