Hey dudes...Ive done 2 cycles before the last cycle I peaked about 222 13%bf bulked 310 bench 200 mil press im 6'3, i ended that cycle about 8 months ago...kept most what i could for 2-3 months after leveled off to about 215...had some personal issues coudlnt work out or eat correctly, just hit the bench today first time in months and could only get 180 up 15 times@ 202 lbs.. I already got my gear, my question is how long should I wait to get back into shape before starting cycle? how does muscle memory and juicing work together..would i be better off waiting til i can put up atleast 270-280? also critique my cycle, im keeping the test dosage low because i break out very bad so id like to finish cycle before july..
weeks 1-4- 35 mg d-bol
weeks 1-8 500 mg deca
weeks 1-10 300 mg test
weeks 8-12- 30 mg Winstrol Oral
