First injections.............How hard is it?

Im going to be getting some flinstones this comming week. And i am not ashamed to say im a little freaked about the injections now. A nurse friend told me its pretty pain full for muscular injections. Another nurse friend said its no big deal and she can do them for me. DOnt hold back! Tell me the truth! Normally im not a *****, but the one nurse has me freaked now.

Don't get to worked up about it, like derek said ^ it really is more mental than physical. Personally a lot of the time I don't even feel it. Just make sure you always use a fresh pin and you'll be straight.

My first injection I was having serious doubts and almost conviced myself it wasnt worth it. But I did it and quickly realized that it was simple and not at all uncomfortable. Im now doing prop eod and look forward to sticking myself. You will be fine bro.

I just feel a sting as the needle enters the skin.It doesn't hurt in the muscle.

But if your a man you should be able to handle it, I mean I have experienced alot worse pain in my life than a needle (sharp or "semi dull")

I remember my 1st shot. It was in my thight. 200mg of equipoise.

I was shaking and sweating like a whore in church. It took me 10min to gather the courage to stick the 21g 1 1/2" needle in my leg (if I only knew there were 23 and 25g). After sticking the needle I was afraid to touch the syringe because it could hurt.

After I was done I was ashamed of myself for being such a *****.

you cannot resterilize a needle... you cannot put rubbing alcohol on a needle... dont listen to this guy whatever you do. I know a few guys that do what this guy does and have had to get their shit drained from bad infections... besides why risk it when needles are like 5 cents each.

What I did say was that in the past I have cleaned the vial, withdrew the gear, swabbed the inj site, and pinned with the same needle.

I agree that is not the preferable method, and I generally don't do it.

I've done several cycles of prop with ED injections and never, ever gotten an infection.

yep easy peasy!!! just remember to use the correct aseptic technique, and rotate injection sites, best for me are, glutes, chest (personal fav!) shoulders and bi's (use very small pins!) , good luck, you won't feel a thing, only a samll prick

The first one my anxiety got pretty bad. In my head I sory of made it into a big deal and that damn needle started to look like a harpoon. All my worry was for nothing it turned out. I positioned the needle and did not look as I pushed it in. It went in so easy and painless I though there was something wrong with the needle.

After that its been so easy its second nature.

first injection, if you arent a frequent gear-runner/virgin is always a little thought provoking. That's about it though, after the 3rd pinning, it's nothing. You just always think about hitting the muscle, aspirating and you're done.

For me I can say it feels like an ant bite, but bit inside you for about 2-3 seconds when the juice and the muscle meet... then you slowly, SLOWLY pump the juice in like butta, no pain... Then an hour later you feel like a 10 year old roundhouse kicked you in the spot you injected for about 2 days or less.
