I need to lose some weight in 2 months and get a little cut.Im 6'1 215 dont know my bf tell me if this will work
breakfast
4 egg whites with protein shake
snack
fruit
lunch
salad with 2 breast of chicken no dressing
snack
another pretein shake
dinner
chicken breast or fish with a cup of vegtable
my workout is 45 min cardio in the morning
then at night 20 min of cardio then weight train
please tell me if this is good or not
