    Progess over the last 4 months

    I have Winn and prop on hand to start when I get down lower in BF...

    Stats:28 yrs old
    6'4"
    former college athlete with 12 years experience lifting.
    Diet was posted in diet forum and it's in check almost 100%.
    Before Photo: 280lbs 21-23% BF
    After Photo: 255lbs 17-18% maybe?

    I'm looking to get down to about 230-235 before I start my cycle. I've been busting my ass the last 4 months lifting and eating almost 100% clean. The conversion was rough, the weekends are hard when I'm out of my routine...but I'd say in the 4 months cheated one-two meals a weekend. But I have stayed true to the diet for the last 2 1/2 weeks and plan to keep it that way. I'm coming off a knee injury (ACL reconstruction) that's the biggest part or me gaining the weight and I had a shitty diet. I did a stint of clen & t3 at the very beginning for about 3 weeks but decided to stop and bust my ass the right way and save those for when I'm down to 10% or so. I'll keep busting my ass, as long as everyone else does too!! keep it up guys.

    hell yeah man, can see that upper body making great changes leaning out real good. Another 4 months with good cardio every day and you'll be at your goal. You'll do it. Starting to look to good to stop now.

    Thanks Bros... hit legs hard today 1x8, 1X6, 1X4, 1x2 on dead lifts about made me pass out!! LOVE IT!!

    Every month or so drop some new pics here so we can follow your progress. I like that dead lift routine I might give it a try.

    Its actually shocking how much your body can change in a short time (a few months) when you're 100% dedicated.
    Just think how it can change at 200% =]

    looking great man...defintly are gettin alot leaner...get up the hard work and keep your goals in the back of your head and you will be there in no time...
