former college athlete with 12 years experience lifting.
Diet was posted in diet forum and it's in check almost 100%.
Before Photo: 280lbs 21-23% BF
After Photo: 255lbs 17-18% maybe?
I'm looking to get down to about 230-235 before I start my cycle. I've been busting my ass the last 4 months lifting and eating almost 100% clean. The conversion was rough, the weekends are hard when I'm out of my routine...but I'd say in the 4 months cheated one-two meals a weekend. But I have stayed true to the diet for the last 2 1/2 weeks and plan to keep it that way. I'm coming off a knee injury (ACL reconstruction) that's the biggest part or me gaining the weight and I had a shitty diet. I did a stint of clen & t3 at the very beginning for about 3 weeks but decided to stop and bust my ass the right way and save those for when I'm down to 10% or so. I'll keep busting my ass, as long as everyone else does too!! keep it up guys.
