There are many variables that go into weight loss cardio and diet being the most important. I would recommend only changing one variable at a time. For instance, try keeping the same diet and upping the cardio. If you don't see the changes you would like you can start to change the diet. The hardest part of the cutting process is patience! Just take it one week at a time!
