the diphenhydramine in benedryl is what is SUPPOSED to be the upregulator, i've never read anything to evidence this though and it doesn't regulate temperature, your temp should go up 0.5-1.0 degree Fahrenheit when on clen
I am just a bit concerned about my calorie intake during my cycle. I understand the simple equation of expend more calories than you consume and youll lose weight and vice versa for weight gain.

I am a pretty big kid. I'm at 5'10'', 210 lbs about 12 percent bodyfat. I am definately trying to get down to atleast 190.

Any suggestions/tips for my diet other than eating my slow dig carbs in the am and my fast for my post workout meals. no sugars except for after my workout etc.!!???

head over to the diet forum and we'll help you out but for starters a good cutting diet should revolve around lean protein and fibrous veges, have good complex starchy carbs in the morning and pre and post workout but for all other meals have lean protein and fibrous veges
