Ok so I just recieved my b complex...and it only contains:
B1 12.5mg
B2 2mg
Niacin 12.5mg
B6 5mg
d-panthenol 5mg
B12 5mcg

Thats seems very very low...what gives? I have to inject like 10ML of this stuff to get the dose I want...

Well when you do inject it tends to absorb better in the body since the it basically bypasses the digestive tract. Thats my hypothesis at least.

You don't need high dosages of vitamins to survive. If you read my vitamins thread you will notive you need mere mcgs of vitamins to survive. Since vitamins are absorbed rather efficiently via inject they used low dosages of the vitamins.

I did get the injectable. Thats why I said I have to inject 10ml to get the dose I want.
And I cant tell if this stuff in here is dirty...but its kinda cloudy or something. I dunno.

Yellow = riboflavin, riboflavin is masking agent inside of one day clease products. Used because it makes urine yellow. It's either riboflavin or dye or some chemical which I doubt the two latter options. Look it up.

that's why, mine has 1000mcg/mL, i figured it was concentration masking but i've only used this one brand so i didn't have a standard of comparison

i inject my b complex subQ, about to do it in a minute actually, b vitamins can be injected IM, subQ or IV, though IV isn't recommended

but to answer your question, 1in for everything but glutes, 1.5inch for glutes UNLESS you are tiny, then you could probably go 5/8 inch for everything and 1 inch glutes

Actually, they told me to do it IM. I'm doing an amino acid & b complex mix. Also, I just wanted to inject in my upper arm. That's where my former dr used to inject me with b12, so I figure i should stick with what I know. But I ordered 1-1/2 needles...maybe I should change it to 1in needles?

you can shoot with 1.5in, just dont go all the way in
