Hey guys, worked out from about october- early december and then stopped during winter break (stupid I know) but I didn't really lose anything. I started again when I went back to school and I gained about 9lbs or so. My routine varies but its usually:
Mon-chest with some abs
Tues- bi/tri
Wed-back
Thurs- legs
Fri- Shoulder/traps
I don't have a distinct diet but I just stay away from foods that are unhealthy, I have egg whites with grits or whole wheat english muffin in mornings and from there on its basically either a salad with meat or a salad meat and rice. Let me know if you have any suggestions or tips.
I am taking:
Creatine EE
Tribulus
Multi-vitamin
Whey/Casein Protein (ON, Nitrotech or Muscle Milk)
ZMA
I forgot to add that I'm 19 (since yesterday) I weigh 199 and I'm 6'1"-6'2". Thanks!
