Ive recently bought 2 muscletech products and notice in the ingredients in both are quiet high in caffiene,
1st product is hydroxycuts which has 180mg per serving
2nd nanox9 which has 300mg per serving
on workout days you take both product before workout this meaning i would be comsuming 480mg in one serving is this bad
does anyone know of a way i can take both products i get up about 0500hrs every day i train around 1600hrs,
any help/advice would be recieved gratefully.
