    Hey guys,

    I'm new to the forum. I'm 23, 6'0", 178 lbs. I was thinking of doing a deca/test cycle for 10 weeks. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on dosages. I used this combination about 2 years ago but only for 3 weeks because I got injured during the cycle. But in those 3 weeks I saw really good gains, I put on almost 10 lbs. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

    Your too light I would be looking into diet you can get over 200 easy just with proper diet and training ALso I wouldn't be stacking. I would run test alone. If you were running test e or c before you weren't getting any gains from them yet those compounds take about 5 weeks to kick in.
    Also what is your BF%

    ^^^ that's your answer ^^^^

    you have to learn to eat to grow first. then the steroids will help. if you do it the other way around and use steroids before you even know how to eat, you will not keep you gains, so it would be just wasted

    My BF is 13%. So if I wasn't getting gains from the Test then it was probably from the Deca? Somebody else I know who is very experienced with steroids told me to use HGH for 8 weeks and use Test e with it. I'm a little skeptical though. What is your honest opinion. Thanks

    I agree you are too light. It's all about diet bro. Without it, you will lose all of your gains. That said, if you're going to do it you're going to do it. Make sure your test is run 2 weeks longer than the deca. Do you know anything about pct? And dosages are listed all over the place. Do a little research, then post a sample cycle including your pct and we'll critique it.

    T-MOS, I eat a lot and very healthy but I have a hard time ever putting weight on. It's just the way my metabolism is. I don't know what to do at that point.

    Post a diet of what you eat every day in the diet section. I'm sure we can find something that will help you.

    I eat 6 cooked egg whites and 6 raw egg yokes for breakfast, then at 10 I have oatmeal and a banana, then for lunch I eat 2 pieces of grilled chicken with spinach and brown rice, protein shake at about 3, protein shake after the gym at about 6, and at night I have some pasta or sometimes a steak.

    don't listen to your friend

    your weight is the issue for now, but

    if you wanted to run HGH, I would run it for at least 3 months BEFORE the cycle, then you could do the Test E

    but again, you body is not ready for it

    No offense, but do you realize how many times a day we hear " I have a good diet, I eat clean"????

    So, post up what you eat in a typical day and the times you eat, and let us see if we can help you the right way

    if you don't wish to do it the right way, then.....well then good luck

    Well you are going to want to get all the macros for your diet. Calories, Protein, Carbs, Fat, but just by glancing at it, I can tell you you're not getting near enough calories. Your carbs are super low, as well as your protein.

    so what would you suggest I change in the diet. I'm really not that knowledgable in diets, this is just a diet I've picked up by reading a bunch of forums over the years. Also I'm a boxer so this is a typical boxer diet. But now that I'm looking to jump up a few classes I need to modify my diet.

    yea, this is good for the typical person, but NOT good for someone wanting to gain weight and grow. I eat that much in about two meals

    you need to eat 6-8 times a day, every 2.5-3 hours you are away WHOLE COMPLETE MEALS

    oatmeal and a banana is NOT a meal there is NO protein there

    skip the first protein shake and Eat WHOLE FOOD
    pasta at night is NOT protein or a good carb source

    See why we ask about diet first. Everyone things they eat well, but they don't understand what a person or bodybuilder wanting to grow has to eat like

    Okay thanks for the help guys, just one more thing. Is running good or bad for a cycle. I do a lot of running because of the boxing, is that going to cut my gains?

    Na man running is good. You have to keep your cardio up while on cycle because of the calorie surplus you are taking in.
