    I RARELY have a shake at night.... right now its buffalo meat, red potatos, and cashews..... Its mostly cottage cheese w/ some peanut butter, or chug down some egg whites.....

    I only buy whey shakes at the moment but have ran out and using egg whites PWO..... be a good idea to get some casein protein

    Ill get home around 17:30 then eat, watch some telly, then fall asleep around 19:00... ill sleep till around 23:00, take a crap, then eat and watch telly till round 02:00am.. then sleep till 06:00am

    my sleep pattern used to be just like that: later , later, flip...

    it got fixed when i forced myself to go to bed every night no later than 10 to 12.

    omg my last day till freedom knee feels no better....but if it hasn't improved at all in a week it's not going to improve on it's own i don't think...at least not in any kind of timely fashion...back to contest prep

    I want to try to keep a sleep schedule I do. Seeing as my next cycle is my first planned with tren we'll see how that goes...

    I've decided to go with 300mg/wk tren e (I hate needles bad. Ace is out of the question). Play it a little safe with the dosage since it'll be enth. I'm considering EQ as well, but then I'd be violating the "add one compound at a time" rule... I just would really appreciate being hungry all the time instead of force feeding myself.
