Clen question: How do i know what dosage is my limit?

What would you guys consider a normal increase for your heartrate while on clen?

Phate you said your resting heartrate was at about 75 bpm while you were at 400mcg/day.

I've been on 100mcg/day and my resting heartrate is around 96 bpm.

My stats now:
5' 10"
194lbs
6.5% BF

your clen is definitely working then, check your blood pressure and make sure it's not over 140/90, you should be good to go
