i use two different types of shake, one is just whey protein with no carbs, and the other is a mass gainer with high calories. I have used both for several years and always got on great with them, and recommended them to others.
The mass gainer has the following nutritional makeup:
4 scoops, with water
Protein- 50g
Carbs- 152g (86g sugars)
Fat- 13g (8g saturates)
Calories- 920
Sodium- 540mg
Potassium- 1650mg
Cholesterol- 210mg
Is the cholesterol and sugar content extreme? am not familiar with what is considered high
