Well thank you for the advice even as cynical as it is. However I am a stringbean and I have tried very hard adding mass the natural way supplementing creatine and working out like an addict I just cant seem to ever put on more then ten pounds of solid weight. Also you may think my diet is crap at three meals a day but you should see the portions I eat and I have discussed my diet several times with my doctor who has a PHd and he seems to think that it is an excellent diet for me. As much as I do appreciate the advice I can't help but get the feeling that you are coming at me hard because I am a noob to this. However I have invested more than 30 hours of research into this and discussed it with my doc pretty thouroghly as best I can without fully disclosing to him that I plan to partake in an illegal activity. So if I could just get a straight forward answer to my questions I would appreciate it very much.
