I just picked up some helios for a friend. He plans on spot injections. I really don't know to much about it. Can anyone give guidance on dosage ? and he plans spot injections sub q? Insulin pin? Any direction would be appreciated.

yeah, inject sub-q with a slin pin in the areas you want to spot reduce...run it 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. I'm assuming it's 40mcg/ml if so start out with .5ml and work your way up to 1ml ED

personally, I would just hit .5ml on one side and hit the other side the next day

honestly the overall fatloss has been pretty good for me, but I haven't really noticed any major site specific fat loss yet
