you still have time to plan...take tuna and protein powder with you....drinking is going to hurt you but keep it low......try and get your protein at the same times keep a pack of tuna in your pocket.....before you go out get your workout in, some push ups pull ups, hand stands and curl you suit case....there are ways to workout while you are traveling just be smart about it and have a good time, but not to good.
