Yeah I think 12 weeks is better, i'm looking to get more gear so i can run it longer. Yeah I might hold off on the dbol untill my next cycle, I don't wanna get too bloated, but i definantly want to get some huge results. U can easily gain 30 lbs (depends from person 2 person)
u can keep 15~20lbs of lean muscle..if u have good PCT and good diet
