went to the gym...shit

no problem with cable flyes but i couldn't do but 60% of my usual max on dumbell incline presses or chest presses due to rib cage pain...

we went to this big event sponsored by the big local radio station they have every year. it's up in the Pokinoes. Lots of peeps build these crazy sleds out of cardboard and tape, and one by one they sled down the mountain, crashing or falling to pieces many of them. There was a huge crowd, so many people lots of them drinking.

Was some fun but lots of peeps throwing snowballs at the sledders and after a bit some girl got hit in the eye and later some fight broke out between throwers and people that got hit so they called off the event early. Pft if I cared, had fun anyway.

We also went to see the movie The Watchmen

Otherwise we just ate constantly in restaurants. We went to see the main "happening" street in Philly for nightlife, which is South Street. One big long long street all lit up with shops, bars, tattoo parlors, and restaurants.

yep, I'm originally from Philly. Last year went to visit a friend down there, and we went to south street...and I just couldn't stand it...I'm getting to old for that.
