1. 100g oats + 1,5 scoop Iso prot
2. 9 egg whites + nuts
3. 150g chicken + 2 medium red potatoes
4. pwo shake 40g iso prot + 1 banana
5. 9 egg whites + 2 med. red potatoes
6. 150g chicken + veggies + olive oil
7.150g meat + veggies + nuts
8. 30 g caseine shake.
that is about 3000 cals, 270 prot, 250 carbs, 80 fat.

not only does she work at the sandwich shop near my office
on saturday nights and sometimes tuesdays, she works part time at the liquor store about 3 doors down from my house.
