    Right cycle + right diet + sufficient rest + short but intense training = 30+lbs

    At 150 pounds, if you were to bulk and have 7-8 meals a day consisting of 500 calories each and do that for 6 months you could gain 30 pounds naturally. If you worked your ass off and were very dedicated to your diet and training and gained about 5 pounds a month which is very attainable that is about 30 pounds in 6 months!

    Why? You need to be realistic with your goals. Muscle gained naturally will hold a heck of a lot better than muscle gained from AAS. Especially at your weight and age.
