I think i can do it with a diet change and
more gym time
At 150 pounds, if you were to bulk and have 7-8 meals a day consisting of 500 calories each and do that for 6 months you could gain 30 pounds naturally. If you worked your ass off and were very dedicated to your diet and training and gained about 5 pounds a month which is very attainable that is about 30 pounds in 6 months!
