hey i started my first cycle this week... my fisrt pin was in the right arm, second in the left thigh.... i inject tomorrow and was wondering where i should shoot next... i will be working out arms and back the nect 2 days so i dont wanna be sore for that.

i always alternate. right delt - left thigh, right thigh - left delt and i alternate in a glute shot as well. No matter where you give it, its gonna be sore as shit. Doesnt really matter IMO where you shoot as long as you alternate.....
get used to about the time the soreness wears off it being time to dose again!

ya ive looked there... i was just wondering if anyone had suggestions for spots that wont get in the way of my next workouts
