My training now is:
Day 1: Chest, Biceps
Day 2: Cardio
Day 3: Back, Triceps
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: Legs, Shoulders
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Off

I train with basic movement exercises.
Regarding diet, i eat clean 40%prot 50% carbs, 10%fats
You are right about gear i realised that after 3 cycles and i will not take anything before 2 years from now.?
