I lived with my parents until I was 24
she's 27
I have several friends my age still living with mom and dad most of who finances are not a problem

anyway, she's a school teacher but hasn't completed her grad degree yet so with budget cuts she was worried about her job. She moved back in with mom and dad 6 months ago and now that she knows her job is safe, she's been apt hunting.
