    yes i rotate. shoot left cheek tuesdays and right cheek fridays.

    if it means that each injection site is hit just once a week then it is rotating !
    No risk in not aspirating when injecting with the correct sized needle in the correct place, especially in the ass as this has the least amount of veins deep in the muscle.
