Hey you guys im looking at doing a cycle of Dbol and test equipoise. just seeing what amounts you guys recomend. what do you think my gains will be like
im 5'10" 242 BF%= no idea lol sorry. im big and buff not cut so i got some extra i would say somewhere around 15 to 20%

Bench 330
Squat 440
Deadlift 430
training for powerlifting
gear lifts are
420 bench
550 squat
430 dead lift(weak grip) easily out pull my grip just really started deadlifting so go easy on me lol.
if you guys could kinda steer me in the right direction on the amounts i should take through out the cycle
