idk, i guess it depends on how often they run and their heartrate during the runs, cause if you take someone who sits at home or at a desk all day that has a resting heartrate of 75-80, then take a runner who has a heartrate of 45-55 but runs for 2 hours ed and keeps a rate of 140-160 it might level out, idk, i don't feel like doing the math right now, lol, you win
