Gonna need the following stats from you bro before giving out much advice.
diet summary/# meals per day
years lifting / workout split
cycle experience
pct/estrogen control knowledge
goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)
Neither cycle is that great. But id definitley avoid the second one. First off, 10wks of Test isnt enough, and 8 weeks of Deca is surely not enough.
btw, PCT needs more than just Clomid.
