I feel your pain. I was out of action for like three months last year due to an elbow, shoulder and back injury. Injuries that were bothering me from my early lifting days. I was advised to see a biokeneticist in order to rehab the injuries and I learnt that the injuries were caused my not stretching correctly, not warming up correctly but most of all the inner muscles surrounding the points of injury were not strong enough (for the back and shoulder that is).

The bio showed my simple little exercises that strengthed my inner muscles and from that point for the first time in my life I didnt have to suffer with back pain on a daily basis and my shoulder has been great ever since.

I dont know about the deca or hgh but I will say its best to see someone about it. Someone who can show you how to fix and prevent the problems. A few weeks without taining could prevent something that would keep you out for a lot longer. JMHO
